UDI Color Challenge 156

Happy Tuesday! It's time for another color challenge! Here is this week's combo.

Here is the project I created with it.

I saw a similar frame on Pinterest and decided to make my own.  I used MDS to create the message.  The hearts are punched and embossed in the Perfect Polka Dots folder.  I adhered the hearts to the frame with a dimensional.

Sketch Frenzy Friday!

Happy Friday! I am so excited for today's post! Want to know why? Well, it's because today is my first week as a designer for the Sketch Frenzy Friday team! WooHoo!  (It was meant to be as the UDI Sketch Challenge team has decided to move on to other ventures.)

Here's the card I created.

I used the Festive Flurry ornament kit (which includes the large rhinestone and Pool Party seam binding!), but the Festive Flurry stamp set and matching Framelits could be used as well.

Make sure you click on over to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog to see projects from all the designers.

UDI Color Challenge 155

Happy Tuesday! It's time for another color challenge! Here is this week's combo.

Here is the card I created.

I used sticky notes to mask off the middle of the card stock.  I stamped Mosaic Madness in Versamark and embossed in Clear EP.  I sponged on the 3 colors for the challenge and then drew lines in Pool Party for a crisper border.  I stamped the sentiment in Pool Party and added an In Color embellishment.  The card base is Whisper White and the mat is Crisp Cantaloupe.

UDI Color Challenge 154

The Color Challenge on the UDI blog is back! Yippee!

Here is the combo for today.

Here is the card I created.  I always need lots of Thank You cards.  Don't you?

It looks harder than it was.  I used the photopolymer stamp set, Another Thank You.  I didn't remove any of the stamps from the backing sheet.  I just inked them all up the way they came from Stampin' Up! and stamped them on a piece of Naturals White card stock.  I adhered that piece to an Island Indigo card base and called it done.  It needed more, so I added some Island Indigo Baker's Twine and a scattering of Basic Jewels Rhinestones.  I love the "subway art" feel of it.
